Angel Reach has developed a 3-level housing plan with additional expectations at each level. The program is designed to foster increased independence at each level. At all levels there is a focus on the counseling aspects to repair the emotional scars of abuse and neglect by providing free counseling. As a foster youth advances through the levels, life skills advance to prepare the youth to be productive members of society. Angel Reach is a teaching program that not only addresses the basic needs of an individual, but teaches character values such as honesty, respect, self-worth and accountability.
