The Community Youth Outreach (CYO) Program collaborative initiative was designed to meet the needs of youth between the ages of 16-24 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Montgomery County, Texas. The goal is to engage, empower and support these youth to gain the skills and experience to become self-sufficient adults.

Shared Treasures Program
A big THANK YOU to all the Staff and Volunteers who have worked tirelessly moving, sorting, hanging, and labeling to make this more accessible and available to all of our kinship and foster families.
Kinship Care
Angel Reach’s Kinship Care Program assists kinship placement families with their day-to-day living needs, including emergency food, clothing, furniture, transportation, home repairs, referrals to community resources, caregiver support groups, and special holiday events. When a child is removed from a home and placed with a relative, their caregivers receive no assistance from governmental agencies.
